Pre-Booking Important Notes
- All tours are operated as group tours.
- Tour starting and ending times may vary depending on the season and hotel distances. All exact timings will be shared with guests after final reservation.
- Some parts of the program may change in order or content depending on seasonal and operational conditions.
- Hagia Sophia will be visited only from the outside with guided explanation. Entrance ticket is not included. Guests may enter during free time by purchasing their own ticket.
- All transfers during the tours are included.
- Lunch is included on tour days; however, drinks are not included.
- Hotels are arranged as 3 and 4 boutique or city hotels**, in single or double rooms, located close to city centers.
- Daily breakfast is included at the hotels. For early departures, a breakfast box will be provided when possible. Any allergy or dietary requirements must be informed in advance.
- Domestic flight schedules may change. Due to operational conditions, flights may be direct or connecting.
- All flights are in economy class, with a baggage allowance of maximum 20 kg check-in + 5 kg cabin luggage per person.
- Any service not clearly stated as “included” in the program is not included.
- In case of late arrival to the tour or inappropriate behavior during the tour, the tour may be canceled without any refund.
- On the scheduled group tour days, it is possible to upgrade to a private tour by paying an additional supplement.
- While sharing flight details, passport information, health conditions, or any other critical personal information, guests are required to provide complete and accurate details. The agency cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from missing, incorrect, or incomplete information provided by the guest.
