Your journey begins with your international flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, our team assists you with visa procedures and escorts you to your domestic connection to Luxor. Welcome to the Nile Valley. You are received by our local representatives and transferred to your river cruise ship.

After breakfast, your exploration of ancient Thebes begins at the Valley of the Kings, where you visit three royal tombs carved deep into the rock. Continue to the elegant Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and admire the iconic Colossi of Memnon.
Cross the Nile to unveil the grandeur of Karnak Temple, the largest religious complex ever built, followed by a visit to Luxor Temple, a masterpiece blending Pharaonic, Roman, Coptic and Islamic heritage. Return to the ship for lunch and begin sailing toward Esna.

This morning, visit the magnificent Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the falcon god Horus — one of Egypt’s most perfectly preserved temples. After lunch, continue sailing to Kom Ombo to explore its unique twin temple dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris.
Learn the fascinating symbolism behind its medical reliefs and ancient myths. Sail onward to Aswan.

Early departure to Abu Simbel, the legendary complex of Ramses II — renowned for its colossal seated statues carved into the mountain. Discover the monumental scale and timeless artistry of one of Egypt’s most remarkable creations.
In the afternoon, enjoy a serene felucca sail on the Nile with panoramic views of the Agha Khan Mausoleum, the Botanical Garden and Elephantine Island.
